The March general meeting was held on March 10, 2026.

Patton was not present.

Agenda Item 9.01: Goal Monitoring

Superintendent Joyner presented the board with her first official progress report toward our temporary goal (the actual goals will be discussed and proposed next month).

The board accepted her report unanimously.

Agenda Item 9.02: Effective Governance

The board discussed its progress toward effective governance.  At the earliest, we could maybe start being effective starting in July, once we have goal and guardrail policies adopted.  Once that happens, it should be a whole different game.
